Regular Assessment
The needs and requirements of an individual are
constantly changing, whether clinical, social, motivational or nutritional or
any other. Our Care Team leaders routinely and regularly reassess these needs
and adjust the care plans accordingly.
Personal Care
Our fully trained care staff provide care 24-hours a day. We provide a treatment room for clinical support. A hairdresser and chiropodist also visit on a regular basis.
