All staff members receive a full induction, ongoing training and continuous improvement at all levels.
We constantly work to improve on the high standards we set ourselves.
Regular meetings are held by clinical and mangerial staff to review standards and implement changes and improvements where necessary.
All staff members are checked and registered against the recommended CRB and POVA lists.
In addition, Clifden House is regualrly inspected by CSCI, the independent inspectorate for all social care services in England.
